3 – Listen!

Listening is one of the hardest skills for anyone to truly master. I have had a lifelong battle with listening.  For me, I had to learn to be quiet. I had to recognize the value of everyone's contribution and understand that I could be patient and listen.

I encouraged the children to listen to their teachers, the bus driver, and the school staff.

So many times in corporate life we press our agendas or protect our territory instead of listening to one another with a goal of collaborative success.
